What happens when a customer taps?
The card opens your business’s Google review page on a compatible NFC-enabled phone. The customer chooses their rating and writes their own review. They may need to sign in to Google before posting.
Is there an app or monthly fee?
There’s no TapBrio app for your customers to download and no subscription for our review cards. You pay once for the card, stand and initial setup.
Will it work with iPhone and Android?
It works with compatible NFC-enabled smartphones. The phone may need to be awake and unlocked, and NFC enabled on Android. We’ll demonstrate and test the card during setup.
Where should I put it?
Beside the till or on reception is a great starting point: somewhere staff can invite customers to leave honest feedback. We’ll help you find a sensible position and test it there. Avoid mounting a standard NFC card directly on metal.
Can I order cards for several tables or rooms?
Yes. Multiple cards can link to the same business review page. We offer multi-card packages and can quote for a larger venue or several locations.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
We currently supply and set up locally in Shrewsbury and the surrounding area, by arrangement. Send us your business name, postcode and the number of cards you’re considering. We’ll confirm availability and timing before you order.
Does TapBrio guarantee more five-star reviews?
No. TapBrio makes leaving a review easier; it doesn’t control ratings or guarantee results. Invite genuine customers to share honest feedback, without incentives or filtering out unhappy customers.
